Fastest option: report from inside the app
Open the profile or conversation, tap the menu (••• or ⋮), and choose Report. It reaches our safety team immediately and blocks the member from contacting you further.
What can you report?
Fake or impersonated profile
Someone using photos that aren't theirs, a fake identity, or pretending to be someone else.
Harassment or inappropriate messages
Unwanted contact after being asked to stop, explicit messages, or disrespectful behaviour.
Inappropriate photos or content
Profile photos or shared images that violate our Community Guidelines.
Scams or solicitation
Requests for money, suspicious links, or attempts to move the conversation off-platform quickly.
Can't access the app, or need to escalate?
Email our safety team directly with the member's name/profile if you have it, and a short description of what happened. We aim to respond to safety reports within 24 hours.
